鋼材介紹:

⭕️白一鋼:在白二鋼的基礎上增加含碳量，提高硬度，峰利度更好，據說是最接近玉鋼的鋼材，也是市面上較少見的鋼材。


刀款介紹:

⭕️和牛刀:日式廚刀，和西式主廚刀區分的話是手把以木頭柄為主常見有栗形柄、八角柄、常見的柄材有朴木、紫檀、黑檀，功能主用是切肉、蔬菜、瓜果也都適用，算是一款必備萬用刀款。
