鋼材介紹:

⭕️鉬釩鋼「Molybdenum Vanadium」 鉬(Molybdenum) 化學碳化系中擁有增強鋼性及增進切割能力的優點。簡單說就是增加鋼材防鏽能力，增加硬度。釩(Vanadium) 是強碳化物形成元素一般用來抑制鋼熱處理的晶粒成長， 同時能增加強度及韌性。因為添加了這二種元素後，鉬釩鋼的熱處理後硬度HRC56°±2，且防銹力與韌性都獲得了提昇

⭕️和牛刀:日式廚刀，和西式主廚刀區分的話是手把以木頭柄為主常見有栗形柄、八角柄、常見的柄材有朴木、紫檀、黑檀，功能主用是切肉、蔬菜、瓜果也都適用，算是一款必備萬用刀款。
