品牌介紹：

⭕️盛弘包丁：昭和36年由初代盛弘 創立至今有60多年歷史，已傳到二代目 平泰明 雖然與大多堺市隨便動輒百年刀廠來說算是年輕刀廠，但製刀技術、研磨技法得到了極高評價，沒錯~製刀、研磨都是平泰明一手包辦~獨特的#丁子亂燒刃紋也燒到不少人了…證書還特地用手寫書法，真的好感動啊~當前日幣便宜，真的很好入手…


鋼材介紹:

⭕️白一鋼:在白二鋼的基礎上增加含碳量，提高硬度，峰利度更好，據說是最接近玉鋼的鋼材，也是市面上較少見的鋼材。


刀款介紹:

⭕️先丸:(刺身包丁、生魚片刀) 的變化形，單邊開刃，專門用來處理生魚片的刀款。
