⭕堺孝行（SAKAI TAKAYUKI）是日本青木刃物製作所的品牌，承襲超過600年的堺打刃物工藝。堺市是日本三大刀具產地之一，最早以製作武士刀聞名，16世紀起因菸葉刀發展出高品質的手工廚刀，並成為江戶幕府的專賣品。其鍛造技術講究，以軟鐵與鋼反覆敲打錘鍊，使刀刃鋒利且耐用。

⭕️白一鋼:在白二鋼的基礎上增加含碳量，提高硬度，峰利度更好，據說是最接近玉鋼的鋼材，也是市面上較少見的鋼材。
