⭕️VG-10: Contains approximately 1.0% carbon, 15.0% chromium, 0.2–0.3% vanadium, 1.0% molybdenum, and 1.5% cobalt. This composition provides excellent hardness and corrosion resistance. The addition of cobalt and vanadium enhances wear resistance and edge retention. With a hardness of around HRC 60–62, it maintains sharpness over time while retaining good toughness. High chromium content ensures strong resistance to rust and corrosion, making it ideal for kitchen environments.
