⭕️青二鋼：在白二鋼的基礎上加入鎢（Ｗ）及鉻（Ｃｒ）成為青鋼，使鋼材鋒利度更耐久，屬於高手取向用刀，研磨程度較難。


刀款介紹:

⭕️柳刃:(刺身包丁、生魚片刀) 因形狀像柳葉，又名柳葉刀是單邊開刃，專門用來處理生魚片的刀款，柳刃變化形~先丸、劍形、刀型(昌浦型)、堪所型等~
