品牌介紹：

⭕盛高鍛冶刃物：盛高家是鎌倉時代的永仁時期（1293年），統管九州並掌管外交的福岡縣太宰府，東北的鬼門。以守護的靈山、寶滿山的刀工，創始人 盛高，是一位來自日本熊本縣八代市的鍛冶師。盛高在當時是一位著名的武士刀鍛造師，他的作品以其精湛的工藝和卓越的性能而聞名，日本國內和國際上都享有盛譽，是許多廚師和美食愛好者的首選。

在日本戰國時代，金鋼兵衛源盛高的武士刀曾經被許多著名的武將使用，包括真田幸村、豐臣秀吉等。在江戶時代，金鋼兵衛源盛高的廚刀也開始受到歡迎，並逐漸成為日本廚房中不可或缺的工具。


鋼材介紹:

⭕️青二鋼：在白二鋼的基礎上加入鎢（Ｗ）及鉻（Ｃｒ）成為青鋼，使鋼材鋒利度更耐久，屬於高手取向用刀，研磨程度較難。
