⭕️佑成：創立於昭和八年（1933年）日本富山縣，成立以來一直使用最高級的「本焼」製作技術，生產符合現代需求的刀具，包括傳統的碳鋼刀和新型特殊合金鋼。

「佑成」中的「佑」寫作「偏旁偏右」。代表著它希望成為料理人不可或缺的右手工具，並在料理過程中起到重要的作用。


鋼材介紹:

⭕️日本 日立金屬 稱zdp189 為跨向21世纪之次世代刃物不銹鋼，含碳量達3%，含鉻量達20%，為一優良加工性之超硬合金鋼(粉末系新鋼材)，熱處理後可得HRc67之高硬度，峰利保持度極佳，較難研磨。

⭕️和牛刀:日式廚刀，和西式主廚刀區分的話是手把以木頭柄為主常見有栗形柄、八角柄、常見的柄材有朴木、紫檀、黑檀，功能主用是切肉、蔬菜、瓜果也都適用，算是一款必備萬用刀款。
