鋼材介紹 (Material Introduction)：

⭕️白二鋼：在黃鋼的基礎上將不純物減去，成為白二鋼。切味已達到良好水平。由生鐵去除雜質之後的純淨鋼材，易於研磨，峰利保持度優，硬度約62-63，也是會鏽的鋼材需要費點心保養喔~幾乎是料理職人會經手的鋼材之一~
